What counts as an "active agent"?
An active agent is a running container working on an issue or PR at any given moment. Idle agents waiting for work don't count toward your limit. You can also set spawn delays and per-agent caps from the DigiControl settings panel.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data — issues, PR history, agent logs, and configuration — is retained for 60 days after your subscription lapses. Re-activate within that window and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Do I need to manage the infrastructure?
No. DigiSwarm handles all the container orchestration, Kubernetes scheduling, and scaling. You connect your GitHub repo, configure your agents, and the platform does the rest.
Which AI model do the agents use?
Agents run on Claude by Anthropic. Growth and above plans can configure the model per agent — useful for balancing cost and capability across different workload types.
