What counts as an "active agent"?
An active agent is one running on a task right now. Paul breaks your work into tasks and assigns one agent per task, so your agents work in parallel — and only spin up when there's work to do. Idle time costs nothing. Your plan's agent number is the most you can run at once, not a fixed roster sitting around. Paul doesn't count as an agent.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data — issues, PR history, agent logs, and configuration — is retained for 60 days after your subscription lapses. Re-activate within that window and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — for select companies, we offer a one-month free trial of our Growth plan. Reach out through the contact form and we'll get you up and running on your own repos before any billing starts.
Who pays for the AI tokens?
You do — directly to your AI provider. You bring your own API key for Claude, OpenAI, or DeepSeek, so you pay at cost with no markup from us. Your DigiSwarm subscription covers the platform that runs and governs your agents; the inference is billed to you by the provider you choose.
